Health Update

Neil and I both had doctor's appointments today. Both went well.

The doctor could see no signs of damage to Neil's heart as a result of the radiation from a year ago. In case you haven't heard, he had an "episode" back in January that resulted in a weekend stay at the hospital to be observed. He was having some systems of a heart attack and was at a higher risk b/c of his cancer treatment so they kept him for observation. The doctor said that we will probably never know what caused that, but he did not believe that it was anything related to his heart. Hallelujah.

Everything was fine with my visit as well. My blood pressure, protein, baby's heartbeat and measurement were all good. I don't have to go back for another 4 weeks.

We still can't decide on a name. Lynae is older and wiser than when my nephew Braelyn was born. She wanted to name Braelyn "Waldo Woo" from a Dr. Seuss book, but gets angry if her brother is called that! We simply know too many people and think it would be confusing to have the same name (or don't like the person by that name). We'll keep doodling, searching and watching old westerns for suggestions.
